Common use of Notice of Default/Claims Clause in Contracts

Notice of Default/Claims. Except as expressly disclosed in this Agreement, the Vendor has not received any notice of any default, violation or termination of any of the Pre-Need Contracts (other than individual cancellations of Pre-Need Contracts within the ordinary course of business), Material Contracts, Leases or other contracts entered into by the Vendor which will, or is likely to, result in such a default, violation or termination;
