Common use of Notice of Disqualification Events Clause in Contracts

Notice of Disqualification Events. The Company will notify the Subscriber in writing, prior to the Closing Date of (i) any Disqualification Event relating to any Issuer Covered Person and (ii) any event that would, with the passage of time, become a Disqualification Event relating to any Issuer Covered Person. (qq) Survival. The foregoing representations and warranties shall survive the Closing.
