Notice of Distribution. It will give written notice to the Trustee and each Special Warrantholder specifying the particulars of each payment or distribution made in accordance with Section 4.7, within three Business Days of such payment or distribution. Any notices or deliveries required to be provided to holders of Special Warrants hereunder will be sent by prepaid mail or delivery to each holder of Special Warrants at the address of such holder appearing on the register of Special Warrants maintained hereunder.
