Notice of Distribution. (1) Except to the extent provided for in this Settlement Agreement, the Courts shall determine the form of notice in respect to the administration of this Settlement Agreement and any Distribution Protocol, on motions brought by Class Counsel. (2) The Plaintiffs shall notify the Settling Defendants in writing at least twenty days prior to the publication of any Notice, of the date on which the Notice will be published.
