Notice of Extension Sample Clauses
A Notice of Extension clause defines the process by which a party can formally request additional time to fulfill contractual obligations. Typically, this clause outlines the required method and timing for submitting a notice, such as providing written communication within a specified period before the original deadline. Its core function is to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to any changes in the project timeline, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining clear expectations regarding deadlines.
