Notice of Final Distribution. The notice to be provided pursuant to Section 9.02 to the effect that final distribution on any of the Certificates shall be made only upon presentation and surrender thereof. Notice of Nonpayment: The notice to be delivered by the Trustee to MBIA with respect to any date as to which a claim for an Insured Payment shall be made, which shall be in the form attached to the Policy.
