Notice of Intent to Dispose Sample Clauses

The Notice of Intent to Dispose clause requires a party to formally notify another party before disposing of certain assets or property. Typically, this means that if an owner plans to sell, transfer, or otherwise get rid of specified assets, they must provide advance written notice to interested parties, such as co-owners, lenders, or tenants. This clause ensures transparency and gives affected parties the opportunity to respond, object, or exercise any rights they may have, such as rights of first refusal. Its core function is to prevent unexpected disposals and protect the interests of those who may be impacted by the transfer or sale of the asset.
