Notice of Intent to Revoke Clause Samples

A Notice of Intent to Revoke clause establishes the requirement for one party to formally notify the other of its intention to revoke a previously granted right, license, or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the method and timeframe for delivering such notice, ensuring that the affected party is made aware in advance and has an opportunity to respond or remedy any issues. Its core practical function is to provide transparency and fairness in the revocation process, preventing abrupt or unexpected termination and reducing the risk of disputes.
