Notice of Intent to Transfer. At a reasonable time prior to the consummation of the Transfer, written notice by the Member of the intent to make a Transfer of Units, together with a detailed statement of the circumstances surrounding the proposed Transfer which is sufficient to enable the Company and the Manager to determine whether such Transfer is permissible hereunder, and what opinions of counsel, certificates or documents, if any, may be needed to complete such Transfer in compliance with Section 7.2(c);
