Notice of Mandatory Prepayment Events. The U.S. Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to give to the Administrative Agent, and the Lenders, at least one Business Day’s prior written or telecopy notice of each and every prepayment required under Section 2.09(c)(ii) through (iv), including the amount of Net Cash Proceeds expected to be received therefrom and the expected schedule for receiving such proceeds.
