Common use of Notice of Non-Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Notice of Non-Responsibility. Tenant shall provide Landlord with at ---------------------------- least 10 days prior written notice for commencement of the Tenant's Work, in order to permit the Landlord to post and record such Notices of non- Responsibility and other instruments as may be necessary to protect the Landlord and its property from claims by Contractor's for unpaid costs and other liabilities associated with the Tenant's Work.
