Notice of Open Positions. (Between June 1 and August 15) Notice of recall shall be by certified mail for any open position between June 1 and August 15. A copy of said recall notice shall also be given to the Association President. The position will not be permanently filled for ten (10) working days during the period of time June 1 β August 15.
