Common use of Notice of Project Clause in Contracts

Notice of Project. prior to commencement of construction: (a) complete and file a “Notice of Project” with WorkSafeBC in compliance with Section 20.2 of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation; (b) post the Notice of Project at the Place of the Work, and (c) provide a copy of the Notice of Project to the City and confirm in writing that the Notice of Project has been posted at the Place of the Work. 4.4 is added as follows
