Common use of Notice of Property Transfer Clause in Contracts

Notice of Property Transfer. If the Developer transfers all or a portion of the Real Property to a purchaser who, by virtue of assignment or other instrument, becomes the “Developer” with respect to such portion of the Real Property under and within the meaning of this Agreement, Developer shall notify the Town within thirty (30) days of the transfer and provide it a copy of the assignment of such status as a “Developer.”
