Notice of Recording Clause Samples
A Notice of Recording clause requires one or more parties to formally record a document or notice with the appropriate government office, such as a county recorder, to provide public notice of a transaction or interest in real property. In practice, this clause specifies who is responsible for recording, the timing for doing so, and may outline the form of notice to be used. Its core function is to ensure that third parties are made aware of the transaction, thereby protecting the parties’ interests and establishing priority in the public record.
Notice of Recording. (a) Prior to recording Call Recording Data, the Supplier shall notify a party that the Supplier is about to record the conversation (a “Recording Notice”).
(b) The Supplier shall ensure the Recording Notice:
(i) complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
(ii) includes the clear and specific purpose of the recording, such as for quality monitoring, workforce management, agent and customer service representative training, evaluation and verification, dispute resolution or accurate incident reconstruction.
(c) The Supplier shall implement a Recording Notice for both inbound recorded calls received by and outbound recorded calls made by Supplier.
Notice of Recording a. The officer shall make a reasonable effort to inform civilians that the officer is recording them unless an immediate threat to the officer’s life or safety or the life or safety of any other person makes BWC notification dangerous. Officers shall notify civilians with language that indicates the transaction is being recorded. Officers shall not record civilians surreptitiously.
Notice of Recording. Unless there is an immediate threat to the officer’s life or safety, making BWC notification impossible or dangerous, BWC officers shall inform civilians that they are being recorded. BWC officers shall notify civilians with language such as “Ma’am/Sir, I am advising you that our interaction is being recorded by my Body Worn Camera.” BWC officers shall not record civilians surreptitiously.
Notice of Recording. Provisional notice of any planned recording will be issued at the time of booking or as soon after that as the necessary information is available to the Orchestra Manager.
