Common use of Notice of Revocation Clause in Contracts

Notice of Revocation. The Executive understands and acknowledges that the Executive will not receive any monies or benefits pursuant to this Agreement except upon the execution and non-revocation of this Agreement, and the fulfillment of the promises contained herein.
