Common use of Notice of Separation from Service Clause in Contracts

Notice of Separation from Service. Any separation of the Executive from service with the Corporation (other than a separation from service on account of the death of Executive) shall be communicated by written “Notice of Separation from Service” to the other party hereto in accordance with Section 14(a) hereof.
