Common use of Notice of Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Notice of Termination Date. If the Release Notice shall not have been provided in accordance with the provisions hereof on or prior to the Termination Date, the Corporation shall send or cause to be sent to each holder of Subscription Receipts written notice advising of that fact and that the Subscription Receipts have been cancelled in accordance with Section 2.02(b), and such notice shall be sent within three Business Days after the Termination Date.

Notice of Termination Date. If the Release Notice and Direction shall not have been provided in accordance with the provisions hereof on or prior to the Termination Date, then, within two (2) Business Days following the Corporation Termination Date, the Company shall send or cause to be sent to each holder of Subscription Receipts written notice advising of that fact the occurrence of the Termination Date and that the all Subscription Receipts have been held by each holder will be cancelled in accordance with and the Repayment Amount will be remitted to each holder, as contemplated by Section 2.02(b6.03(b), and such notice shall be sent within three Business Days after the Termination Date.
