Common use of Notice of Unavailability Clause in Contracts

Notice of Unavailability. If a per diem employee will be unavailable for a specific period of time (not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days), the employee may request that the availability requirement in Section 2 above, be suspended. The Hospital will consider, but shall not be required to grant such request.
