Common use of Notice to Commence Bargaining Clause in Contracts

Notice to Commence Bargaining. 23.01 Where notice to commence Collective Bargaining has been provided, the following conditions shall apply: (i) Both parties shall adhere fully to the terms of this Agreement during the period of bona fide Collective Bargaining. (ii) All items shall come into force and effect on November 15, 2005 unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.

Notice to Commence Bargaining. 23.01 Where notice to commence Collective Bargaining has been provided, the following conditions shall apply: (i) The notice shall state specifically the revisions requested and bargaining negotiations shall be restricted thereto unless the parties otherwise mutually agree. (ii) Both parties shall adhere fully to the terms of this Agreement during the period of a bona fide Collective Bargaining. (ii) All items shall come into force , and effect on November 15if negotiations extend beyond the anniversary date of this Agreement, 2005 any revision in terms mutually agreed upon shall, unless otherwise specified in this Agreementspecified, apply retroactively to that date.
