Common use of Notice to DCS Clause in Contracts

Notice to DCS. Contractor shall give prompt notice to the State representative listed in Section 34.A.(1) [Notice to Parties] of any changes to the Administrator/Executive Director of the agency and to the staff responsible for the operations of the agency if it is someone other than the administrator (such as a Program Manager). Contractor also will give notice of changes in programming or services offered or populations served.
