Notice to Inspect. 308 6.3.1 The Operator shall, not later than one month prior to the anticipated Delivery Date, give written notice to the Manufacturer (the "Notice to Inspect") that preparation of the site for the installation and operation of the TCTS-1 has been completed in accordance with the Site Plan Specifications and request that the Manufacturer inspect the site in order to confirm its conformance with the Site Plan Specifications.
