Common use of Notice to Licensor Clause in Contracts

Notice to Licensor. Distributor will give Licensor Notice of any claimed default. Licensor will have ten (10) days after receipt of Distributor's Notice to cure a monetary default, and twenty (20) days after receipt to cure a non-monetary default. If Licensor fails to cure within the times provided, then Distributor may proceed against Licensor for all available relief, provided, however, that in no case may Distributor collect any "lost profits" or consequential damages.
