Notice to Proceed with Construction. 15.1.1 District may issue a Notice to Proceed with Construction within ninety (90) days from the date of the upon which the Facilities Lease and the Site Lease are fully executed and delivered to both Parties. Once Developer has received the Notice to Proceed with Construction, Developer shall complete the Work within the period of time indicated in the Contract Documents.
