Notice to Proceed. Once this agreement is executed, this will trigger the creation of a Purchase Order reflecting the Grant Amount for the Grantee to receive funds against. Unless otherwise noted in Article 3(B) above, no funds shall be disbursed to the Grantee for services that precede the date on the Purchase Order, as set forth in the New Mexico Procurement Code, § 13-1-1 et seq.
