Notice to the Division. If, at any time, any representation or warranty of the Lender set forth in this Agreement would not be true and correct in all respects if made by the Lender at such time (regardless of whether such representation or warranty is actually made, deemed to be made, or required to be made at such time), such Lender shall immediately notify the Division of such fact and provide a full and accurate explanation thereof.
