Any and all notices permitted or required hereunder shall be deemed duly given: A) Upon actual delivery, if delivery is by hand; or B) Upon receipt by the transmitting party of confirmation or answer back if delivery is by telex or telegram; or C) Upon deposit into the United States mail if delivery is by postage prepaid, registered or certified return receipt requested, mail.
