Notices and Directions. 7.05-1 Any notice or direction under this Trust Agreement shall be in writing and shall be effective when actually delivered or, if mailed, when deposited postpaid as first-class mail. Mail to a party shall be directed to the address stated below or to such other address as either party may specify by notice to the other party.
