NOTICES AND NOTIFICATIONS. Any communication between the Parties in relation to the present Contract shall be in writing, by any means evidencing the exact date on which it was sent by any means and received by the other Party, such as personal communication, personal delivery, electronic mail registered mail or ground courier with proof of receipt.
