Common use of Notices and Waivers Clause in Contracts

Notices and Waivers. All notices, consents, waivers and other communications under this Contract must be in writing, in English and delivered by hand or sent by regular mail, registered mail, express courier or e-mail to the appropriate addresses set out in the Contract (or to such addresses as a Party may notify to the other Party from time to time). A notice shall be effective upon receipt and shall be deemed to have been received at the time of delivery (if delivered by hand, registered mail or express courier) or at the time of successful transmission (if delivered by e-mail).
