Promptly after the execution thereof, copies of any amendment, modification or supplement to the certificate or articles of incorporation or formation, bylaws, certificate or articles of organization, regulations or limited liability company agreement, any preferred stock designation or any other organic document of the Parent or any Restricted Subsidiary if such amendment, modification or supplement is material to the Lenders.
