Common use of Notices of Default Clause in Contracts

Notices of Default. Purchaser will deliver to the Financing Party, concurrently with delivery thereof to Provider, a copy of each notice of default given by Purchaser under the Agreement, inclusive of a reasonable description of Provider default. No such notice will be effective absent delivery to the Financing Party. Purchaser will not mutually agree with Provider to terminate the Agreement without the written consent of the Financing Party.

Notices of Default. Purchaser will deliver to the Financing Party, concurrently with delivery thereof to Provider, a copy of each notice of default given by Purchaser under the this Agreement, inclusive of a reasonable description of Provider default. No such notice will be effective absent delivery to the Financing Party. Purchaser will not mutually agree with Provider to cancel, modify or terminate the this Agreement without the written consent of the Financing Party, however, this provision shall not be interpreted to limit any termination rights of either Party as set forth in the Agreement.

Purchaser Buyer will deliver to the Financing Party, concurrently with delivery thereof to ProviderSeller, a copy of each notice of default given by Purchaser Buyer under the Agreement, inclusive of a reasonable description of Provider Seller default. No such notice will be effective absent delivery to the Financing Party. Purchaser Buyer will not mutually agree with Provider Seller to terminate the Agreement without the written consent of the Financing Party.

Purchaser will deliver to the Financing Party, concurrently with delivery thereof to ProviderForeFront Power, a copy of each notice of default given by Purchaser under the Agreement, inclusive of a reasonable description of Provider ForeFront Power default. No such notice will be effective absent delivery to the Financing Party. Purchaser will not mutually agree with Provider ForeFront Power to cancel, modify or terminate the Agreement without the written consent of the Financing Party.
