Common use of Notices or Communications Clause in Contracts

Notices or Communications. Reports, confirmations, statements, notices and any other communications may be transmitted to Customer at the address designated in this Agreement, or to such address as Customer may designate in writing to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Except as otherwise set forth herein, all communications so sent, whether by mail, messenger, telegraph or otherwise, shall be deemed transmitted when deposited in the U.S. mail, or when received by a transmitting agent, and shall be deemed to have been delivered to Customer personally, whether or not actually received by Customer.
