Common use of Notices Received Clause in Contracts

Notices Received. Borrower shall comply with and promptly furnish to Lender true and complete copies of any notices pertaining to the Property by any governmental authority of the United States, the state, cities, counties, or any other political subdivision in which the Property is located or which exercises jurisdiction over Borrower or the Property. Borrower shall promptly notify Lender of any fire or other casualty or any notice of taking or eminent domain proceeding affecting the Property of which it acquires notice. Borrower shall promptly notify Lender of any action, proceeding or investigation of the nature described in Section 3(h) above of which it acquires notice.
