Notices Regarding Hazardous Substances. To the knowledge of Seller, except as are disclosed in the Environmental Assessments and for the placing of Hazardous Substances on the Property by an affiliate of Seller during the construction of another portion of Tower Bridge, there has been no release of a Hazardous Substance from, on or under the Property, nor does Seller have knowledge of any threatened or pending investigation pertaining to any release of a Hazardous Substance from, on or under the Property. During the term of this Agreement, Seller will promptly notify Buyer if Seller obtains knowledge that any release of a Hazardous Substance from, on or underneath the Property (other than any Hazardous Substance releases already disclosed in the Environmental Assessments or these Terms and Conditions of Sale) or that Seller or the Property may be subject to any threatened or pending investigation by any governmental agency under any law, regulation or ordinance pertaining to any Hazardous Substance.
