Common use of Notices Returned as Undeliverable Clause in Contracts

Notices Returned as Undeliverable. For all Notices returned to the Settlement Administrator without forwarding addresses, the Settlement Administrator will use publicly available databases as practicable to update those Settlement Class Members’ addresses and will cause the Notice to be re-mailed by the Settlement Administrator to such Settlement Class Members who can be located.
