Common use of Notices sent Clause in Contracts

Notices sent. 19.2.1. by email are taken to be received when the email is capable of being retrieved by the addressee at its nominated email address; 19.2.2. by hand are taken to be received when delivered; and 19.2.3. by post are taken to be received three Business Days after posting (or seven Business Days after posting if sent to or from a place outside Australia).
