Notices to, and Consents Required from, the Relevant Regulator to Be Given to the Trustee. The Trustee shall be entitled to receive, and shall be fully protected in relying upon without any investigation, a copy of all notifications provided to, and prior consents required from, the Relevant Regulator pursuant to the Indenture.
