All written notices required to be given to a party shall be delivered or mailed to the party’s duly authorized agent or attorney, as designated in this section. 31.1.1 Such notice may be delivered to the party’s duly authorized agent or attorney in person or by agent or courier-receipted delivery. 31.1.2 Such notice may be mailed to the party’s duly authorized agent or attorney by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested.
