Notices to Depository. Whenever a notice or other communication to the Bond Holders is required under this Indenture, unless and until Definitive Bonds shall have been issued to Beneficial Owners pursuant to Section 4.08, the Indenture Trustee shall give all such notices and communications specified herein to be given to Holders of the Bonds to the Depository, and shall have no obligation to the Beneficial Owners.
