Notices, authorizations, and requests in connection with this agreement must be sent by regular or overnight mail, express courier, or fax to the addresses and numbers listed in this agreement. Notices will be treated as delivered on the date shown on the return receipt or on the courier or fax confirmation of delivery. Either party may assign this agreement to an Affiliate only. Assignment will not relieve the assigning party of its obligations under the assigned agreement, including any additional costs or limitations on use that result from the assignment. If either party assigns this agreement, it must notify the other party of the assignment in writing. Neither party may assign any Statement of Services without the written consent of the other. Microsoft may use contractors to perform Services and Microsoft will be responsible for their performance subject to the terms of this agreement.
