Notices to the Owner Sample Clauses

The "Notices to the Owner" clause establishes the requirements and procedures for delivering formal communications to the property owner under the contract. Typically, it specifies the acceptable methods of notice—such as mail, email, or personal delivery—and designates the address or contact information where such notices must be sent. This clause ensures that important information, such as changes, claims, or termination notices, is reliably communicated to the owner, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about whether proper notice was given.
