Notices to the Transferor. In the event that FNBO is no longer acting as Servicer, any Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 10.02 shall deliver or make available to the Transferor each certificate and report required to be prepared, forwarded or delivered thereafter pursuant to Sections 3.04, 3.05 and 3.06.
