Notices to Third Parties. SELLER and PURCHASER shall notify all lessors, royalty owners, operators, non-operators, purchasers of production and Governmental Bodies that PURCHASER has purchased the Oil & Gas Interests and has assumed liability for their continued operation from and after the Closing. PURCHASER and SELLER shall execute all transfer orders/division orders or letters in lieu of transfer orders necessary to transfer payment of the proceeds from the sale of production from the Oil & Gas Interests as of the Effective Time to PURCHASER.
