Notices to Third Parties. In addition to the actions ------------------------ described in Section 6.2, the members of the Parent Group and the members of the ----------- Technologies Group shall cooperate to make all other filings and give notice to and obtain any Consent or Governmental Approval that may reasonably be required to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements.
