Notices to Transferor. If WFCB is no longer acting as Servicer, any Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 7.2 shall deliver or make available to Transferor each certificate and report required to be prepared, forwarded or delivered thereafter pursuant to Sections 3.4(b), 3.5 and 3.6.
