Common use of Notices to Union Clause in Contracts

Notices to Union. The Employer agrees to make a good faith effort to keep the Union informed in writing of all matters having an effect upon departmental operations that impact upon the employment relations and/or working conditions of employees in the Union. The Employer will post on the bulletin board provided for Union use a notice of all new positions or openings available in the Fire Department.
