Common use of Notices to Warrant Agent Clause in Contracts

Notices to Warrant Agent. Except as expressly set forth elsewhere in this Warrant Agreement, all notices, instructions and communications under this Warrant Agreement shall be in writing, by overnight delivery service, first-class mail, postage prepaid, properly addressed shall be effective upon receipt and shall be addressed, if to the Company, to its address set forth beneath its signature to this Warrant Agreement, or, if to the Warrant Agent, to: Computershare Inc. Computershare Trust Company, N.A. 1▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Canton, MA 02021 Attention: Client Services or to such other address of which a party hereto has notified the other party; and, if to a Holder made if sent by first-class mail, postage prepaid, or overnight delivery service, addressed to such Holder at the last address of such Holder set forth for such holder in the Warrant Register.
