Notices Under Material Instruments. Concurrently with the furnishing thereof, copies of any financial statement, report or notice (including any notice of default) furnished to or by any Person pursuant to the terms of any preferred stock designation, indenture, loan or credit or other similar agreement evidencing Material Indebtedness (excluding this Agreement but including, without limitation, any First Lien Loan Document) that has not been previously furnished to the Holders pursuant to any other provision of this Section 6.1.

Concurrently with Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any financial statement, report or notice (including any notice of default) furnished to or by any Person pursuant to the terms of the First Lien Loan Documents (including any borrowing notices and prepayment notices thereunder), any preferred stock designation, indenture, loan or credit or other similar agreement evidencing Material Indebtedness (excluding agreement, other than this Agreement but including, without limitation, any First Lien Loan Document) that has and not been previously otherwise required to be furnished to the Holders Lenders pursuant to any other provision of this Section 6.18.01.
