NOTIFICATION AND ESCALATION PROCEDURES. Sabre and Customer will establish reasonable notification and escalation procedures with respect to each of the performance criteria monitored under paragraphs 2(a), (c), and (d) above. The procedures will include notification and escalation thresholds appropriate for Customer's business operations.
